REMINDER:

The Journal RSS FEED and the Podcast SUBSCRIBE FEED are now both live and working. For the Podcast feed be sure to have iTunes installed on your computer and in one click you will be listening to my podcasts. This will allow you to listen on your iPod, or be notified whenever a new Podcast or Journal entry is made. You can also just simply visit my website regularly and listen anytime.
