For INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS

From MD & VA Beltway 495 to Exit 33 Connecticut Avenue -Chevy Chase:

At the end of the off-ramp at Exit 33 if you're coming from Virginia or points West, turn left. If you're coming Maryland or points East, then turn right. This will place you on Connecticut Avenue going north toward Kensington. Turn right at the light onto Beach Drive going East. At the first stop sign turn right onto Kensington Parkway going South. Go through the underpass under the beltway and turn left onto Inverness Drive. At the end of the first block turn right at the stop sign onto Montgomery Avenue. We are the third house on the right.

From Silver Spring via East-West Highway:

Go west toward Connecticut Ave. Turn right to go North on Connecticut Avenue. Go approximately one mile until you come to the traffic light at the Connecticut Avenue/Jones Bridge Road/Kensington Parkway intersection. Make a slight right turn (a 1:00 turn) onto Kensington Parkway. Turn right at the third street which is Inverness Drive. At the end of the block, turn right at the stop sign onto Montgomery Avenue. We are the third house on the right.

From Downtown Washington, DC:

Come straight up Connecticut Avenue past Chevy Chase Circle. Go through the East West Highway intersection. Continue North on Connecticut Avenue. Go approximately one mile until you come to the traffic light at the Connecticut Avenue/Jones Bridge Road/Kensington Parkway intersection. Make a slight right turn (a 1:00 turn) onto Kensington Parkway. Turn right at the third street which is Inverness Drive. At the end of the block, turn right at the stop sign onto Montgomery Avenue. We are the third house on the right.

OR

If you know Rock Creek Parkway come up the Parkway to where it intersects with East-West Highway and follow the directions from Silver Spring above.

METRO RIDERS: (During the morning and evening Rush Hours the STOP is “Medical Center” on the Red Line. All other times, the STOP is "Friendship Heights")

From "the Medical Center Metro Stop" -- during AM & PM rush hour you can take RIDE ON Bus #33 to the corner of Inverness Drive and Kensington Parkway and follow directions to the house as above.

From the "Friendship Heights Metro Stop" - I am not positive about my memory of the bus number but call and they will tell you. I think it is L8 and you will get off onto Connecticut Avenue as close to the intersection of Jones Bridge Road/Connecticut/Kensington Parkway and follow the driving directions above. The walk should be no more than 5 minutes.

Parking:

Follow the directions given above for Individual Session. However,..... as a courtesy to our neighbors and to protect the harmony of my work here in the Village, I must ask you to park only on Kensington Parkway along the property of the Church. Not in their parking lot nor in front of any neighbors house. For taking great care with this and helping to not have parking become an issue for us all...  in appreciation, I sincerely thank you.

Then, Walking from the Church to my Office:

Park only on Kensington Parkway along side the Church property. Then, you will cross the street and walk up Kenilworth Driveway, turn left onto Montgomery Avenue. Our home is the fifth house on the left, my office is at the end of the walkway on the right side of the house.
